Breakfast: 5 weetbix with nuttlex and Vegemite
Morning Snack: Large Latte, 1/2 Mushroom and Feta Quiche
Lunch: 125g (raw weight) spaghetti cooked, ham, sundried toms, olives and spring onions with small amount of Dolmio Bolognese sauce and Parmesan Cheese
Afternoon Snack: 3 weetbix with Nuttlex and Vegemite
Dinner: 4 Potatoes with 50mL milk and 25g butter, Gravy and 150g Pork steak
1.5L Endura
Hoping to get the energy to juice some beetroots later.
