30/04- THE MARATHON DIET- The Salad returns.

Mountains of spinach, beetroot, goats cheese and tomatoes.
Took me 2 hours to eat my dinner.
I think I find it so unpalatable because I remember with each mouthful what lies ahead... must get over that. It's the only way forward.
The focus restarts tomorrow with some intervals as the plan.
